Connecting to Bedrock via phone

Hey guys I am new here and have been trying to get connected to the bedrock version of MineTexas which is pebble.minetexas.com
With the port being 19132, and it's been looking for the server for the last 3 days. Us there something I am missing ?

Yeah I had a similar problem. I asked people on discord and found out if you spawn in the void you have to disconnect and reconnect a couple of times for it to work
