Welcome to Anarchy, Minecrafters! Jump in and start running! You're going to want some distance between yourself and the destroyed spawn. We vowed to never reset this Minecraft server, and we're still holding to that two years later. Can you find the supplies you need to survive? Anything goes on this PVP server! Nothing is safe, trust no one!

Thanks to Ataranlen for creating the Anarchy World that so many of us call our home. As far as I'm aware (and I've looked hard) there are only two public anarchy servers with no gameplay affecting plugins, or spawn protection, that have lasted over 2 years with no resets that you can't be banned from.

They are:
1. MineTexas Anarchy Server
2. 2b2t

On 2b2t the Greifers are in control and it's chaos. On MineTexas Anarchy, the builders are in control, there's order.

Although the admin allows all players total freedom to do what they want on the Minetexas Anarchy server, the regular players have rules. They are:
1. No Griefing
2. No Raiding
3. No Murder

Generally, breaking these rules will mean we all team up and kill you repeatedly until you leave. However, if no one complains about your griefing/raiding/murder then you're alright. Raiding an abandoned base wont get you in trouble so long as no one complains to the player-run government. Murdering someone is only an issue for you if your victim complains.

So yeah, enjoy your freedom, but be aware that encroaching on another players freedom may not be worth the hassle.

Anyone else think the server is much nicer than it seems in the pictures?
First of all, the spawn is outdated, we have a little city going compared to the pics.
Secondly, the 'lone' pyramid is now surrounded by a bunch of buildings and a farm nearby.

It's really cool to see how much the server changed over time.

hehe I agree that the pictures and description need to be updated, just not yet. Our government and spawn builds are new and young, representing maybe 10% of server history.

Before we update the spawn pics, lets have more towers, shops, farms and roads. Lets turn the whole of area of 500 blocks out into a city!

Then, when we've firmly claimed spawn for ourselves, the regular builders and traders on the server, THEN update with our new creation

Correction; Spawn is fucked up, lava casts everywhere, random blown up trenches. Looks like a World War 1 scene to me.

What happened to everyone on Anarchy. Our old players are now being replaced by new ones. What happened to PixelTech (creator/helper on 0,0/nether hub), JDBlue, DeadOcelot, and DonaldTrumpForMC? Our server has collapsed due to the nefarious NicklePickle200, and him blowing up our last spawn. (He spawned a wither named, "Fuck the Police!"
