Given light to recent events, I thought it necessary to bring up an obvious issue that exists on the forums: a lack of explicitly stated rules. Now, seeing as how the rules are either deeply buried inside the forum, or don't exist at all, it becomes difficult to adhere to rules that haven't been stated. No rules presented on the forums, translates to no rules whatsoever. Therefore, I believe that a physical set of rules be displayed on the forums, so that a code of conduct can be followed.
